- All rates listed are based on single or double occupancy only
- $15.00(Cabins) and $5.00(RV Sites) per night for each additional guest
- Children 5 and under
stay for free
- All rates are subject to applicable taxes and are subject to change
without notice
- Maximum 4 guests per 1 bedroom and 6 guests per 2 bedroom - No
exceptions
- A deposit equal to 50% of your total invoice is required at time of booking
- Sixty days notice required for cancellation subject to a 25%
administration fee
- Less than sixty days notice of cancellation results in no refund
- All bookings are subject to availability
- Management reserves the right to limit the number of or deny access to
day guests
- Pets are not permitted in the cabins with the exception of Guide
Dogs or Therapy Dogs
- Pets are permitted in the RV sites upon management approval
only
- Quiet time is from 11:00pm to 7:00am
